Speed-to-Lead Agent · £6,000 build

Every five minutes you wait, you halve the chance of converting.

The problem

You're paying to generate leads. Then letting them go cold.

The data on speed-to-lead is brutal and well-established. Respond within five minutes and you're 21× more likely to qualify the lead than if you wait thirty minutes. After an hour, you've lost the moment entirely. The prospect has moved on, opened a competitor's form, or simply forgotten why they filled yours out.

Most founder-led businesses respond in hours, not minutes. The lead comes in via a form fill, a reply to an outbound sequence, or a chat widget — and it sits in a shared inbox, a Slack channel, or a CRM queue until someone gets around to it. Even the fastest sales teams are limited by time zones, lunch breaks, and the simple reality that humans can't monitor five inbound channels simultaneously.

The Speed-to-Lead Agent fixes this at the source. It watches your inbound channels, qualifies the lead against your ICP, drafts a first-touch reply in your brand voice, and offers a calendar slot — all before a human even sees the notification. Your team wakes up to booked meetings, not stale leads.

What gets built

Seven components. One agent. Tested against your real lead data before go-live.

01 · Inbound capture

Form fills, replies, chat triggers.

The agent watches your live inbound channels — website forms, email replies to outbound sequences, chat widget messages — and picks up every lead the moment it arrives. No polling delays, no batch processing.

02 · Qualification logic

ICP scoring, intent signals, disqualification rules.

Every lead is scored against your Ideal Customer Profile — company size, role, industry, intent signals. Clear disqualification rules filter out job seekers, vendors, and anyone outside scope before a human lifts a finger.

03 · Calendar booking

Direct slot offering, no back-and-forth.

Qualified leads are offered a calendar slot immediately. No "when works for you?" ping-pong. The agent checks real availability and proposes specific times in the lead's timezone.

04 · CRM integration

Full context written back to your CRM.

Every interaction — the lead's data, the qualification score, the reply sent, the meeting booked — is written back to your CRM in real time. One system of record. No manual data entry.

05 · Routing

By territory, vertical, or account owner.

Leads are routed to the right person based on your rules — geography, industry vertical, existing account ownership, or round-robin. The meeting lands on the correct calendar from the start.

06 · Reply drafting

First-touch responses in your brand voice.

The agent drafts and sends the initial reply — acknowledging the enquiry, referencing what the lead asked about, and proposing next steps. Written in your tone, not generic AI copy. Reviewed against your real past responses during the build.

07 · Tested against real lead data

Live validation before go-live.

Before anything goes live, I run the agent against your last 50–100 real leads. You see what it would have said, how it scored each lead, which meetings it would have booked. You sign off on the output before it touches a live prospect.

How it works

Three weeks. Three steps. You're live.

01 — Brief

Week 1: We map your lead flow.

A 60-minute call. I need to understand your inbound channels, your ICP, your qualification criteria, your CRM, your calendar setup, and your brand voice. You share access to your lead data and I start building.

02 — Build

Weeks 1–2: The agent takes shape.

I build the capture, qualification, routing, reply drafting, and CRM integration. Mid-build checkpoint: you review the qualification logic and sample replies against real leads. We iterate until you're happy.

03 — Go-live

Week 3: Live on real leads.

The agent goes live on your inbound channels. I monitor the first week closely — checking qualification accuracy, reply quality, and booking rates. Any tuning happens in real time. You start seeing booked meetings immediately.

Why this works

The most ROI-positive build I ship.

The maths is simple: if you spend anything on leads, this pays back in weeks.

Most businesses I work with spend £2,000–£20,000 per month on lead generation — paid ads, outbound, content, events. They're generating leads. The pipeline isn't empty. But the conversion rate from lead to meeting is painfully low, and the culprit is almost always the same: response time.

If you're converting 5% of inbound leads to meetings and the agent lifts that to 15%, you've tripled your pipeline from the same spend. At the average deal size most founder-led businesses run, that's the £6,000 build cost recovered in the first month — often in the first week.

A worked example: You spend £5,000/month on lead generation and convert 5% of leads to meetings. The Speed-to-Lead Agent moves that to 15%. At a £3,000 average deal value and a 25% close rate, that's an extra £7,500/month in revenue — from leads you were already paying for.

Common questions

What founders ask before building.

What CRMs do you integrate with?

The build includes integration with one CRM system. I've built against HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho, and GoHighLevel. If you're using something else, we'll check fit on the call — most modern CRMs with an API are straightforward. The build covers one CRM; additional systems are scoped separately.

How fast is "seconds"?

Typically under 30 seconds from form submission to reply sent. The exact speed depends on the lead source — webhook-based triggers (most modern forms) are near-instant. Email-based triggers depend on polling frequency, but we optimise for the fastest path available on your stack. The point is: your lead gets a thoughtful, personalised response before they've closed the tab.

What if I already have lead routing?

Good — that means you've already thought about the problem. The agent can work alongside your existing routing or replace it. If your current routing works well, we'll preserve the logic and add the speed layer on top — instant qualification, reply drafting, and calendar booking before the routed rep even opens the notification. If your routing is the bottleneck, we rebuild it as part of the agent.

Can I add channels later?

Yes. The retainer includes adding up to 2 new lead sources per month. Common additions: a new form on a landing page, a LinkedIn lead gen form sync, a chat widget on a different page, or an inbound email alias. If you need a larger integration — say, connecting an events platform or a partner referral system — we'll scope that as a small add-on project.

What happens after the build?

The agent is live and working. You own it. The £1,000/month retainer keeps it tuned — I monitor qualification accuracy, reply quality, CRM sync health, and booking rates. Each month you get a performance report. You can cancel the retainer any month; the agent keeps running, it just stops being actively tuned. Most clients keep the retainer because the ROI is obvious and the tuning compounds over time.

Get started

Stop losing leads to slow replies. Book the call.

30 minutes. I'll ask about your lead sources, your CRM, your current response times, and what "fast" would need to look like. If the build makes sense, we start the same week.
